Aims of the course

These physical activity sessions run by Bradford Bulls Foundation, help people re-discover the enjoyment of exercise and the positive benefits for mental wellbeing.

Type of course

The free sessions are run by Bradford Bulls' qualified coaches, with support from their strength and conditioning staff. You will be invited to take part in ten, weekly, 'Back Onside' sessions, each lasting up 60 minutes, with separate ones for men and women, The sessions focus on multi-sports activities, including rugby and football, team-building and circuit training. You can also have a short fitness and wellbeing assessment at the start and end of the programme, to track progress and agree a longer term wellbeing plan.

Men and women aged 35-64 years, of all fitness levels.
